FAQ

Sample-making lead time: It takes 3–5 working days to make samples for plush toys, while only 2–3 working days for small accessories such as hair clips and keychains. We support 2 free rounds of detail revisions (e.g., fabric, patterns, and accessory texture).
 
Production lead time: After sample confirmation, small-batch orders (50–500 pieces) can be delivered within 7–10 working days; for large-batch orders (over 500 pieces), the lead time is negotiable based on the quantity, and production can be completed in as fast as 15 working days.

If you have a complete design draft, simply provide vector graphics in AI/CDR format plus a detailed description of materials. If you only have a preliminary concept (such as style preferences, design elements or functional requirements), our design team can help you refine the solution free of charge, create a 3D render for your confirmation, and then proceed with sample-making.

We adopt the “pre-production sample sealing + full-process quality control” mechanism: After the sample is confirmed, it will be sealed and retained for reference. During the production process, each working procedure (such as cutting, sewing, printing and assembling) is subject to random inspection by designated personnel. Before shipment, 10% of the finished products will be randomly selected and compared with the retained samples to ensure consistent quality. If there is any inconsistency, rework will be provided free of charge.

Backed by our dual overseas warehouses in Silicon Valley and Kansas, orders for North America can be shipped from the nearest warehouse, with delivery to regular regions within 3–5 working days. For other regions, we support international express shipping or sea freight, and the specific delivery time is negotiable based on the destination. We also offer customized packaging solutions (e.g., gift boxes printed with your brand logo, individual packaging bags) without any additional design fees.

If the received products have quality problems such as fabric defects, craftsmanship flaws, or color deviations, please contact us within 7 working days after signing for the delivery and provide photos/videos of the defective items. After verification, we will offer solutions including reshipment, rework or refund according to your needs, and fully protect your cooperation rights and interests throughout the process.

Yes. For plush toys, we offer embroidery or heat transfer printing; for hair clips and keychains, laser engraving or printing is available. There is no extra charge for this service.

Yes. You may conduct on-site inspections, or we can provide photos and videos of the production process to ensure the products meet the required quality standards.

Yes. We can provide free fabric swatches and samples of hair clip/keychain accessories, with the freight to be borne by you.
